 UUMC Youth Ministry Mission Statement:“UUMC’s youth program welcomes and includes all youth (6th-12th grade) and provides a safe place for them to develop spiritually and emotionally in an environment filled with love and fun. Through worship, age-appropriate lessons, and the development of personal relationships with our youth, we help them learn to serve others while supporting each other the way that Christ taught us.”Regularly Scheduled Sunday Activities:
Youth floor opens at 9:30AM for food, fellowship, and fun. Sunday school begins at 10:15AM and ends around 10:50AM.

Fall Supper and Study begins Wednesday night, September 8th and will be every Wednesday until the end of Fall.

2010 Fall Supper and Study Opportunities for Youth beginning Wednesday, September 8th:
There will be two opportunities for youth in the Fall -
One will focus on the historical aspects of Christianity and what that means to us as Christians in modern times. The classes will use a video produced by The History Channel entitled "The First Days of Christianity" as the basis for discussion. Paul's letters will be used as the Biblical focus of the study.
 The other study will be a practical study teaching teens how to use money. The curriculum will be "Generation Change" by Dave Ramsey. Dave is a financial advisor who teaches based on how the Bible tells us to handle money. Click here to visit his website and learn more about Dave Ramsey.
